This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:
“…to issue Writ order or direction more in the nature Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not notifying the fee by issuing a formal G.O. in pursuance of the recommendations made by the 2nd respondent in respect of the petitioner institution for
3rd year LLB course for the Block Period 2019-20 to 2021-22 as being illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and in violation of the law laid down by the Honble Apex Court and consequently direct the 1st respondent to notify a fee of Rs.21,000/ as recommended by the 2nd respondent in respect of the petitioner institution for 3 year LLB Course for the Block Period 2019-20 to 2021-22 and pass..…”
