ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3801 of 2018, on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Suryapet, for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short ‘IPC’).

2. During the course of hearing, Mr.M.Achyuth Reddy, learned counsel, representing Mr.Praveen Kumar Veerjala, learned counsel for the petitioner, restricted his prayer requesting this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners in C.C.No.3801 of 2018, on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Suryapet, for the offence under Section 420 of IPC on the ground that the petitioner is a woman, aged about 65 years and suffering with old age ailments. He further submitted that the petitioner will appear before the trial Court whenever her presence is required and she will represent through her counsel before the trial Cour
