This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 5th respondent, in interfering with the conduct of religious rituals and affairs in the Waqf Institution i.e., Kitte Salaheen, Agahpura, Nampally, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14 and 25 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 5th respondent to refrain from doing so in any manner whatsoever……….”

2. Ms. Anjali Nishtala, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P. Roy Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner since passed away, no orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
