Heard both the learned counsel and perused the entire record.

2. This Second Appeal is filed aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 24.09.2019 in A.S.No.4 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Adilabad.

3. I.A.No.1 of 2025 is filed by the respondents to dismiss the Second Appeal as abated.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant submits the appellant died in 2022. No steps are taken to bring the legal representatives on record till date.

5. Since the appellant died and no steps are taken within three (03) months to set aside the abatement, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed and consequently, Second Appeal is closed as abated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
