Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri.K.Ravi Mahender, learned standing counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for respondent No.6. With their consent, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has being filed seeking the following prayer:-

“to declare the inaction of Respondent Nos.1 to 4 as illegal and arbitrary and also Direct Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 02.02.2026 within a time frame including immediate inspection and enforcement action along with stop-

work/sealing/demolition if violations are found.”
