1 Heard Sri A.Venkatesh, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of Mrs.Sarvani Desiraju, learned counsel for the petitioners in all the writ petitions, and Sri P.Sridhar Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the material available on record.

2 W.P.No.6598 of 2024 is filed with the following prayer: “Appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus a declaring the inaction of the Respondents specifically Respondent No 4 and 5 in not issuing the new Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds to the Petitioner in terms of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act 2020 by considering and disposing of the applications made by the Petitioner i e Application No RC2100000684 dated 29 06 2021 and Grievance application No GLM2300051059 bearing Transaction ID No 30T646700009418 dated 18/07/2023 in respect of land admeasuring Acres 2000 Guntas in Sy No 65/25/A situated at Khanapur Village Gandipet Mandal Ranga Reddy District as being illegal arbitrary unjust and in violation of Articles 14 21 300A of the Constitution of India and against the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act 2020 b Consequently direct the Respondents to issue the Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed to the Petitioner and update the details of the land records of the Petitioner on the Dharani portal in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act 2020 and the Land Records Updation Programme in respect of land admeasuring Acres 2000 Guntas in Sy No 65/25/A situated in Khanapur Village Gandipet Mandal Ranga Reddy District….

3 W.P.No.6734 of 2024 is filed with the following prayer: “Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus a declaring the inaction of the Respondents specifically Respondent No 4 and 5 in not removing the prohibition against the Petitioners Land and not issuing the new Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds in favour of Petitioner in terms of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act 2020 by considering and disposing of the applications made by the Petitioner and her predecessor in title Late Ms Vimala Devi i e Application No RC2100000685 dated 29 06 2021 for issuance of new pattadar passbook and Application TM15 No 2300004601 for removal from the prohibited list made by the Petitioner in respect of Acres 720 Guntas in Sy No 65/25/AA and Application bearing Nos GLM2300051066 filed vide Transaction ID Nos 30T646700009003 and 30T646700009419 made on behalf of Late Ms Vimala Devi for updation of Aadhar and KYC in respect of Acres 1200 Guntas in Sy No 65/25/E for updation of their land records and issuance of new Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds in respect of land admeasuring Acres 720 Guntas in Sy No 65/25/AA and Acres 1200 Guntas in Sy No 65/25/E situated at Khanapur Village Gandipet Mandal Ranga Reddy District as being illegal arbitrary unjust and in violation of Articles 14 21 300A of the Constitution of India and against the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act 2020 b Consequently direct the Respondents to issue the Pattadar Passbooks to the Petitioner and update the details of the land records held by Petitioner on the Dharani portal in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act 2020 and the Land Records Updation Programme
