This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in refusing to receive and register the sale deed presented by the petitioner in respect of all that the Plot No.86 admeasuring 300 sq.yards in Sy.No.227/1 and 228, situated at Bahadurpally village, Dundigal Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri district as arbitrary and illegal.
