This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in refusing to receive and register the sale deed presented by the petitioner in respect of all that the house bearing No.24-824 (PTIN No.1151500988) land admeasuring 133.33 sq.yds. with plinth area of 380 sft. of ACC, in Sy.No.348/2 covered under Ward No.4, Block No.24, situated at Panchasheela Colony, Quthbullapur village and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri district as arbitrary and illegal.
