Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that this Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the office order issued vide by the respondents Ref.CRP/PER/IR/C/081 dated 25.04.2023, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to treat the petitioners’ candidature for medical invalidation as of July 2021.
