Questioning inaction on the part of the respondents in taking action on the petitioners’ representations dated 06.11.2025 and 27.11.2025 for removal of all the encroachments, unauthorized structures, push carts on the pavement on the public road before D.No.3-2-836, Arihant Complex, Kachiguda, Hyderabad, petitioners filed the present writ petition with a consequential prayer to direct the respondents to remove all the encroachments on the public pavement. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are running business at D.No.3-2-836, Arihant Complex, Kachiguda, Hyderabad, which is a very busy and heavily populated area.
