This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:- “…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order of Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 6 herein in not conducting an effective and fair investigation in respect of crime no.236/2018 for the offence under sec.420, 506 R/W 34 IPC of P.S. Jagtial Town and further challenging the action of the respondents herein not initiating any action against the respondent no.6 herein for colluding with the accused for monetory benefits and failed to do quality of investigation as per the Code of Criminal Procedure and Telangana State Police Manual as being illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents here
