COMMON ORDER:

Since the lis in these writ petitions is one and the same, they are heard together and are being disposed of by way of this common order.

These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not issuing the Pattadar Pass Books to the petitioners in respect of the subject lands, thereby, depriving them of the right to claim complete ownership and consequent benefits, including Rythu Bandhu Scheme, etc., as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and Sections 5, 6, 7 and 10 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, and consequently, to direct the respondents to issue new Pattadar Pass Books in favour of the petitioners.

3. Ms. B. Rachna Reddy, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners have earlier made several online applications under the Dharani Portal, for redressal of their grievance. However, no action has been taken thereon so far. Therefore, learned Senior Counsel seeks liberty to the petitioners to submit fresh online applications under the Bhu Bharati Portal, for redressal of their grievance, and prays this Court to direct the respondents to consider the same and take necessary action strictly in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14688 of 2019 dated 26.09.2025.

4. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the respondents will consider the online applications of the petitioners, as and when received, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, these Writ Petitions are disposed of permitting the petitioners to make fresh online applications under the Bhu Bharati Portal, within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such applications from the petitioners, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and take appropriate action thereon, strictly in accordance with law and in terms of the observations made by this Court in its order dated 16.09.2025 in W.P.No.14688 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks therefrom.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in these writ petitions, shall stand closed. No costs.
