Questioning the action of the respondent authorities in not awarding Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) package to the petitioners, who are affected families for passing award under Section 31(1) (Second Schedule) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act 30 of 2013 read with G.O.MS.No.38 Revenue (JA&LA) Department dated 14.02.2017, petitioners filed the present writ petition.
