O R D E R :

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard Dr.Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration for the respondents.

3. Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.3 in not completing the registration process in respect of petitioner’s agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1,000 guntas in Sy.No.519/2 situated in Ambam Village, Yeadapally Mandal, Nizamabad District, the present Writ Petition is filed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, although the petitioner secured a valid online slot vide Slot Booking and Advisory Application No.2600067774 for presentation of the document on 04.02.2026, in respect of the subject property, in accordance with the procedure under the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (hereinafter “the Act”) and the Rules framed thereunder, the Registering Authority is not completing the registration process. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct the Registering Authority to register and release the sale deed presented by the petitioner.

5. Learned Government Pleader submits that the official respondents will act strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the Rules framed thereunder.

6. Having regard to the submissions made above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Registering Authority to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner pursuant to Slot Booking and Advisory Application No.2600067774, in accordance with law, subject to petitioner complying with the provisions of the Act, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It will be open to the Registering Authority to refuse the document presented before him, if he has any objection, duly assigning reasons in support of such decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case as to the entitlement of the petitioner to get the subject document registered.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
