Heard Sri Praveen Kumar Veerjala, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri V. Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for HMDA appearing for respondent No.2, Sri Laxmaiah Kanchani, learned Standing Counsel for Shamshabad, Turkayamjal, Manikonda, Narsingi Municipalities and Sri Subrahmanyam Kurella, learned counsel for respondent No.3.

2. The petitioners approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

“to issue Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in taking action against the Respondent No.4 illegal construction in Sy.No.478, Manchirevula Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 2^nd and 3^rd respondents to demolish the illegal construction undertaken by the 4^th respondent and pass orders.”

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petitioners had made a specific representation to respondent No.3, but no action has been taken.

4. The counter-affidavit filed by respondent No.4 states that the date of the representation was not mentioned by the petitioners.

5. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the writ petitioners to submit a proper representation to the official respondents along with relevant records, clearly showing how the illegal construction is being carried out and the respondents shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to all the concerned and take action thereby. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any are pending, shall stand closed.
