Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue, on the basis of written instructions, submitted that an oral complaint was received from the villagers that the petitioner is erecting a shed in Sy.No.168, which is a Government land, instead of Sy.No.167/B. The petitioner owns land in Sy.No.167/B of Kothagattu Village and he obtained NALA permission for an extent of Ac.0.05 guntas. The respondent No.3 conducted enquiry on the complaint of the villagers with the help of field staff i.e. Mandal Revenue Inspector, Mandal Surveyor and Grama Palana Adhikari and it was ascertained that the petitioner erected shed in Sy.No.168, which is a Government land.
