This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

“….to issue a Writ, Order or Direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not releasing the petitioner’s vehicle bearing Registration No.TS01EQ1064 Honda Activa 125 BSVI Chassis No.ME4JK131KMW000477 Engine No JK13EW0000527 seized in Crime No.114/2026 dated 09.02.2026 of P.S Adilabad-I Town as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to release the petitioners vehicle forthwith.…”
