This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C. NDPS No. 07 of 2026 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, at Nampally, wherein the petitioner has been arrayed as accused No. 45 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 22(c) 27(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’) and Section 14 of Foreigners Act – 1946 (for short (FA).
