This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

that the case in Crime No. 402 of 2013 was originally registered on the file of Chaderghat Police Station and was subsequently transferred, in the year 2013, to the Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, where it was re-registered as FIR No. 205 of 2013. Upon completion of due investigation, a charge sheet was filed, and the case was taken on file as C.C. No. 2005 of 2021 by the Court of the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, where it is presently pending for trial. It is therefore contended that the grievance of the petitioner, seeking transfer of investigation to the Central Crime Station, has already been addressed, and nothing further survives for adjudication in the present matter. Accordingly, dismissal of the petition is sought.

5. I have perused the material placed on record.

The contention of the petitioner is that respondent No. 2 failed to take appropriate action on his representation dated 02.05.2014, wherein he requested transfer of the crime registered at Chaderghat Police Station to the Central Crime Station, Hyderabad. However, the demonstrates that the petitioner’s grievance has been effectively redressed, as the case was in fact transferred to the Central Crime Station and a charge sheet has also been filed. In these circumstances, it is evident that the grievance no longer subsists, and therefore, nothing further remains for adjudication.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
