This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to remove illegal and unauthorized construction undertaken by respondent No.5 at H.No.8-3-167/K/195/A, Kalyan Nagar Phase-III, Mothi Nagar, Hyderabad and also consider the petitioner’s representation dated

19.01.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation dated 19.01.2026, bringing to the notice of the official respondents the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent No.5. Despite such representation, the official respondents have failed to take any action. It is further submitted that, due to the inaction and neglect on the part of the municipal authorities, the unauthorized construction has progressed rapidly and has now reached the final stage of completion
