This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.4 in directing petitioners to compromise and to give Ac.2-00 gts to respondent No.5 during the pendency of O.S. No.51 of 2016, before the Senior Civil Judge, Suryapet, filed by petitioner No.1 against respondent No.5 and also O.S.
