This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the 2nd Respondent in disposing of the Representations dated 08/11/2019 and 16/02/2021 or in alternatively transfer the case to the Tribunal constituted under Section 16 of Telangana Rights in Land Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020 (Act 9 of 2020) as wholly illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice as well as Articles 19(1)(g) and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents either to dispose of the Representations dated 08/11/2019 and 16/02/2021 or to transfer the case to the Tribunal constituted Section 16 of Telangana Rights in Land
Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020…”
2. Heard Sri E. Madan Mohan Rao, learned senior counsel representing Sri Challa Dhanamjaya, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Ms. S. Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5.
With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that questioning the inaction of respondent No.2 in disposing of the representations dated 08.11.2019 and 16.02.2019 or in alternatively transfer the case to the Tribunal constituted under Section 16 of Telangana Rights in Land Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020 (Act 9 of 2020) this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner. This Court on 12.06.2023 has passed an interim order directing the petitioner to take necessary steps to file application through Dharani Portal in the appropriate module for correction of revenue records in respect of subject land. Pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 12.06.2023, the petitioner has submitted an online application through Dharani Portal vide application No.RC2300006450 and also submitted a representation to respondent No.4 on 01.07.2023 for correction of entries in revenue records in respect of land in Sy.Nos.68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73 (with sub division), situated at Phulmamidi Village, Kandukur Mandal,

Ranga Reddy District and also for issuance of Pattadar
Passbook. But, no action has been taken by respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the light of the enactment of new laws, he seeks liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh online application through Bhu Bharati portal in the appropriate module for correction of revenue records and for issuance of Pattadar Passbooks in
respect of subject land.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that that upon the application being submitted by the petitioner, the official respondent No.4 shall process the same strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 and the rules
made thereunder.

Having regard to the submissions made by the respective parties, and upon perusal of the material placed on record, this Court without making any observations on the merits or demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to file fresh online application through Bhu Bharati portal in the appropriate module for correction of revenue

records in respect of subject land within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon filing of such an application, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a
period of eight (08) weeks thereof.
