1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘Cr.P.C) seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 in C.C.No.438 of 2023, on the file of the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Godavarikhani, Peddapally District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 294-b, 323 and 506 read with 34 of IPC.
