Heard Mr. Pusapati Subba Raju, learned counsel for the
petitioner, and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, and perused the
material available on record.
2. The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner and possessor
of the land admeasuring Acs.5-00 guntas in Survey No.241/A situated at Srinagar Village, Maheshwaram Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same from the previous owner Mr. Bussu Narsi Reddy S/o. Papi Reddy, under the registered sale deed dated 20.08.1999 bearing document No.3374 of 1999. The

petitioner got the land mutated in her name in the revenue records and pattadar pass book was issued to her under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. It is stated that out of Acs.5-00 guntas, the petitioner has gifted the land admeasuring Acs.2-00 guntas in favour of her brother by gift (settlement) deed dated 24.02.2005. That after introduction of Dharani Portal, Survey No.241/A was found missing in the revenue records. The brother of the petitioner applied for pattadar pass book for an extent of Acs.2-00 guntas as per the gift (settlement) deed dated 24.02.2005 and he was granted pattadar pass book, whereas for the remaining extent of Acs.3-00 guntas in Survey No.241/A, patta pass book was not issued to the petitioner. The petitioner submitted online application No.2600003504 dated 08.01.2026 along with necessary documents, for issue of pattadar pass book for the land admeasuring Acs.3-00 guntas in Survey No.241/A, but application is
so far not considered.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue
submitted that online application of the petitioner will be duly
considered in accordance with law.
4. Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant
Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of, directing

respondent Nos.3 and 4, as the case may be, to consider online application No. 2600003504 dated 08.01.2026 of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass book in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3-00 guntas in Survey No.241/A situated at Srinagar Village, Maheshwaram Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and pass orders, in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested persons and also by affording them an opportunity of being heard, within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt
of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in
this writ petition, shall stand closed.
