ORDER :

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

“...to issue Writ, Order or direction, preferably a Writ in the nature of Mandamus by declaring the inaction of the respondents in conducting elections to the respondent No.5-Society, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequentially direct the respondents to conduct the elections to the respondent No.5-Society forthwith and pass...”

2. Heard Ms.Priyanka, learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri A.Jagan, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4; Sri T.Kistaiah, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 and perused the record.
