ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.558 of 2021 of Ramachandrapuram Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C.

2. Heard Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State and Sri K.M. Mahender Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that two F.I.Rs. are registered based on the same cause of action arising out of the same incident and that in the first F.I.R., charge sheet is already filed. He further submitted that respondent No.2-de facto complainant has resorted to file second complaint, which is bad in the eye of law and that the second F.I.R. needs to
