ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:-

“…to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction, declaring the action of the respondent in locking the shops of the petitioners bearing Shop Nos.1 to 10, 12 to 15 & 17 to 18, Municipal complex, SBH Road, Shivaji Chowk, Adilabad on 25.10.2013 without issuing any notice and following due process and though the auction pursuant to the Auction Notice No.395/C.S/2012, dated 05.07.2012 has not been finalized as illegal and arbitrary and to pass such other order or orders…”
