This writ petition is filed questioning the action of official respondents in not stopping the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent Nos.5 to 7 in respect of the premises bearing Municipal No.16-2-19/4 and H.No.16-2-20, Akbarbagh, behind Government Printing Press, Malakpet, Hyderabad as being illegal, arbitrary, violative of provisions of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for short ‘GHMC’), violation of Articles 14, 15, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice. A consequential prayer is sought to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to stop the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent Nos.5 to 7 at the subject property.
