ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:

To issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action by the Respondents more particularly Respondent No.3 in refusing to consider the representations dated 12.03.2026 and not permitting the change of authorized representative of the Petitioner No.1 Club from M.Hareesh Kumar to Ms.K.Haritha Executive Committee Member and Petitioner No.2 Club from V.Chamundeshwarnath to Ms.Janvi, Treasurer for the purpose of casting their votes in the upcoming elections scheduled to be held on 15.03.2026 for the post of Treasurer of the Respondent No.1 Association as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and the principles of free and fair elections and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to forthwith consider and accept the change of authorized representative of the Petitioner Clubs and permit Ms.K.Haritha Executive Committee Member of the Petitioner No.1 Club and Ms.Janvi Treasurer of the Petitioner No.2 Club to represent the Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 Clubs, mentioned at Serial Nos.72 & 31 respectively in the List of Full Members of the of HCA Elections and cast their votes in the elections scheduled to be held on 15.03.2026 for the post of Treasurer of the Respondent No.1 Association and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.”

2. Heard Mr.Zeeshan Adnan Mahmood, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Rajendher Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Cricket Association for respondent No.1. Perused the record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court, by its interim order dated 13.03.2026 in this Writ Petition, has directed as follows:

“Heard Mr.Zeeshan Adnan Mahmood, learned counsel for the petitioners; and Ms.V.Srihitha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.V.Rajender, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1- Hyderabad Cricket Association.

Issue Notice to the respondents No.2 and 3.

Personal notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3 by Speed Post with Acknowledgment Due, permitted.

There shall be interim direction, as prayed for.

List on 02.04.2026.”

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that, in view of the interim order granted by this Court on 13.03.2026, the respondents have complied with the said order. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
