JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya)

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal assails an order dated 28.10.2025 whereby the learned XV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, Ibrahimpatnam (‘Trial Court’) dismissed the appellants’ application for restraining the respondents from creating third party rights, encumbering, or alienating the suit schedule property.
