This Criminal Petition has been filed aggrieved by the order

dated 09.04.2026 passed by the learned Principal Special Judge for trial of SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad, (for short, ‘learned Special Judge’) in Crl.M.P.No.538 of 2025 in Crime No.13/RCT-ACB-CR- 1/2024, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 94 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘the BNSS’) for issuing summons to Nodal Officer (AP & TS) Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., and the Nodal Officer (AP & TS), Bharti Airtel Limited, for production/cause produce of the call data records along with tower locations with descriptions in respect of mobile Nos.99127 73456 and 63004 01195 for the period from 13.05.2024 to till 30.09.2024 and also in respect of mobile Nos.87126 56735 and 98856 12182 pertaining to official and personal number of the petitioner for the period from 13.05.2024 to 22.07.2024 and on 15.05.2024, 03.06.2024

and 23.06.2024 respectively and directing the said Nodal Officers to preserve the above mentioned data in its entirety till the disposal of the petition and production of the documents and further directing the service provider concerned to provide certified copy of call data records along with tower locations in respect of personal mobile No.98856 12182 of the petitioner for the above dates directions to the

petitioner, was dismissed.

2. Heard Mr. K. Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. K. Rajashekar, learned counsel representing Mr. T. Bala Mohan Reddy, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf

of respondent No.1.

3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1, based on the written instructions furnished by the concerned officer, submitted that the Investigating Officer during the course of investigation collected CDRs and other data as sought by the petitioner in the present criminal petition and filed the final report before the learned Special Judge by enclosing the entire material. He also placed on record a copy of the written instructions furnished by

the concerned officer to the learned Special Public Prosecutor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of reply, submitted that the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for

respondent No.1 may be recorded and that the proceedings may be

closed.

5. Recording the above said submissions, the Criminal Petition is

closed.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
