This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.426 of 2026 on the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 115(2) and 85 r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. Heard Mr. Mohammed Rafiuddin Kaleem, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr.Jithendar Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1.
