This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 16.02.2012 in O.S.No.95 of 2003 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court at Secunderabad.

2. Originally, 1^st respondent filed aforesaid suit in O.S No.95 of 2003 against appellant, respondent nos.2 to 5 for specific performance of agreement of sale. The same was decreed on 16.02.2012. Challenging the said judgment and decree, 1^st defendant, appellant herein, preferred the present appeal.

3. Vide order dated 02.04.2026 in I.A.No.3 of 2026, the 4^th respondent was transposed as appellant No.2.

4. During pendency of the present appeal, both the appellant No.2 and respondents have settled the disputes and they have also entered into a Memorandum of Compromise dated 16.07.2025 on the specific terms and conditions mentioned therein. They have also filed I.A.No.1 of 2025 to record compromise.
