The present writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the action of the respondents in rejecting the petitioners’ application submitted for approval of layout development, vide letter No.903/LO/HMDA/Plg/2012 dated 11.03.2013, is illegal, and for a consequential direction to the respondents to grant approval for the layout in respect of the petitioners’ property situated at Sy.No.343/P and 346/P of Nandigama Village, Kothurug Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, by considering the petitioners’ application No.0903/LO/ZO/S/H/2012, dated 20.10.2012.
