The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.4 to suspend the license granted for establishment of petroleum outlet on the petitioners’ property admeasuring 2,500 Sq.yards in Sy.No.83 situated at Mylardevpally Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and for a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to stop operation of petroleum outlet on the petitioners’ property.
