Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for MA&UD appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri.G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned standing counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4. With their consent, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has being filed seeking the following prayer:-

“to declare in action of the respondent No.2 not taking any action on the representation dt 30.03.2026 made by the petitioner to take action on illegal construction of Residential building constructing by the 5^th respondent at Sy No.11/23, 11/25 and 11/27, situated at Chandanayak Nagar Thanda, Kanemet, Near YSR Statue 100 feet Road, Madapur, Hyderabad, constructing G + 8 upper Floors without obtaining building permission from the Municipal authorities is illegal, arbitrary and violation of provisions
