2. Petitioner claims to be owner of the subject land admeasuring Acs.1-33 guntas in Survey No.8/LL/1/A situated at Seriguda- per Ex.P5-epattadar pass book bearing No.T05060350116. It is stated that the subject land of the petitioner was wrongly included in the prohibitory list maintained under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1905, as such, the petitioner submitted online application vide Transaction ID.No.TGTSP0000725450 dated 17.03.2026 (Bhu Bharati Reference No.2600005505) for deletion of the subject land from the prohibitory list, but the same is not yet acted upon.
