This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare and set aside the refusal order No.2/2026 dated 21.01.2026, passed by respondent No.3, refusing to register the sale deed bearing No.P3/2026 dated 13.01.2026, on the ground that the registered link document is a validated document, as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, contrary to law, and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently, to direct respondent No.3 to register and release the sale deed presented by the petitioners, in respect of the open land admeasuring 320 sq.yds., in Sy.No.104/A, situated at Chandrababu Colony, Sharada Nagar, Malkpur Shivar Village, Ramagundam Municipal Corporation, Peddapalli District.
