JUDGMENT:
The learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondents present.
It is submitted that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award has been passed. Further, the learned counsel for the appellants requested the present matter to be disposed of in terms of the Award dated 28.03.2026 passed by the Lok Adalat, High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana at High Court Premises, Hyderabad.
In the result, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 28.03.2026 passed by the Lok Adalat, High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana.
However, there shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal, shall stand closed.
