This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein in not allowing the petitioner to remit the examination fee for the final year part-II examination fee MBBS Course, on the ground that the petitioner herein is having shortage of attendance and delay in payment of the 5^th year fee is being illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein to permit the petitioner to pay the examination fee with a fine and also allow the petitioner to write the examination for the final year MBBS Course part-II and to pass such other order or orders as deems fit.
