Heard Sri Anirudh Sadhu, learned Counsel for the

petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondent No.1, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for the respondent No.2, Sri N.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.3 and 4, Sri Bhanothu Hussain, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.5 and 6, Sri S.Bhoopal Reddy, learned Standing

Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.7 and 8 and perused the material on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is

taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not considering the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Junior Lecturer (English) pursuant to notification No.2 of 2023 dated 05.04.2023 issued by the respondent No.4 for appointment against any existing or arising vacancies in the Junior Lecturer (English) post based on the

merit position of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the Common Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31745 of 2024 and Batch dated 22.09.2025 and the same was also confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.70 of 2026 dated 10.03.2026 and requested to pass a similar order in

this Writ Petition also.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-III and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents did not dispute the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W.P.No.31745 of 2024 and Batch dated 22.09.2025 and W.A.No.70 of 2026 dated

10.03.2026 and requested to pass appropriate orders.

In view of the Common Order passed in W.P.No.31745 of 2024 and Batch dated 22.09.2025 and Judgment in W.A.No.70 of 2026 dated 10.03.2026 and for the reasons mentioned therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner by duly operating the Merit List downwards and fill up all the fallout vacancies pertaining to Notification No.2 of 2023, dated 05.04.2023 without carry forwarding the same to the next Notification. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

Order.

6. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Common Order in W.P.No.31745 of 2024 and Batch dated 22.09.2025 and Judgment in W.A.No.70 of 2026 dated 10.03.2026, along

with this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ

Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
