This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not releasing the Sale Deed executed by petitioner No.1 in favour of Petitioner No.2 even though completed the process of registration in all respects vide application No.2600160266 in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2.09 guntas, Survey No.144B/b/2, Sabitham Village, Peddapalle Mandal, Peddapalli District, as illegal and arbitrary and for consequential relief.

2. Heard Sri K.Jagadishwar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners on record and Ms.S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, appearing for respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 23.04.2026 passed in WP.No.12753 of 2026, wherein this Court disposed of the writ petition as under;
