The court directed the Registering Authority to process and release the sale deed in accordance with the law, following the precedent set in a similar previous writ petition (WP.No.12753 of 2026).

: O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not releasing the Sale Deed executed by petitioner No.1 in favour of Petitioner No.2 even though completed the process of registration in all respects vide application No.2600160266 in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2.09 guntas, Survey No.144B/b/2, Sabitham Village, Peddapalle Mandal, Peddapalli District, as illegal and arbitrary and for consequential relief.

2. Heard Sri K.Jagadishwar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners on record and Ms.S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, appearing for respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 23.04.2026 passed in WP.No.12753 of 2026 , wherein this Court disposed of the writ petition as under;

“Having regard to the submissions made above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Registering Authority to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioner pursuant to Slot Booking and Advisory Application No.2600221287, in accordance with law, subject to the petitioner complying with the provisions of the Rules, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It will be open to the Registering Authority to refuse the documents presented before him, if he has any objection, after assigning reasons for such refusal and communicate the same to the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case as to the entitlement of the petitioner to get the subject documents registered.”

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners prayed to dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the aforesaid order passed by this Court in WP.No.12753 of 2026 .

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration did not dispute the same.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 23.04.2026, passed by this Court in WP.No.12753 of 2026 .

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
