ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the action of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in failing to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2020, 29.02.2020, 06.03.2020, 12.03.2020 and 16.03.2020, for taking action against respondent No.6 and to remove illegal encroachment of the Government land in Sy.No.120, admeasuring 60 Sq.yrds in first division of Hanuman Nagar, Karimnagar Town and Mandal, causing compression of pathway to the petitioner and to the road users as, as illegal, arbitrary and for consequential relief.”

2. Sri P.Shravan Kumar Goud, learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri K.Sidharth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 present.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, respondent No.2- Corporation has removed the unauthorized construction made by respondent No.6 by encroaching the Government land in Sy.No.120, in the year 2021, by duly following the procedure, as per the directions of this Court and at present, there is no development on the subject land, therefore, prayed to close the writ petition and a copy of written instructions dated 24.04.2026, is placed on record.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the same.

5. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
