This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the prosecution in FIR No. 514/2011 and FIR No. 967/2012 before the 2nd Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, abuse of due process of law and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)g of the Constitution of India and also Section 32 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and to pass such other order or orders…”
