This Criminal Petition has been filed aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act –cum- I Additional Sessions Judge at Khammam in Crl.M.P.No.10 of 2026 in Cr. No.315 of 2025, dated 27.01.2026 rejecting the application filed by the petitioner seeking interim custody of vehicle i.e., Auto Rickshaw Bajaj Auto Ltd bearing Registration No.TS-04-UB-8249.

2. Heard Mr. P. Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jithendar Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.- State.
