Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that objections have been submitted by the petitioners on 21.10.2026 to the regularization application bearing No.ROS022002958435 submitted by respondent No.5 pursuant to the notice issued by respondent No.3, however, the same have not been considered so far.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that objections ought to have been filed by the petitioner before respondent No.3 and not respondent No.4.
