ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
“… to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in insisting to pay the tax in respect of the vehicle of the petitioner bearing No.NL07B3535 by seizing the vehicle under vehicle Check Report No.322085 dated 28.04.2026 in spite of the vehicle having valid permit and fees (tax) as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to All India Tourist Vehicles (Permit) Rules, 2023 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to release the vehicle of the petitioner forthwith and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
2. Mr. B. Siva Rama Krishnaiah, learned counsel for petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
3. Permission is accorded and writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
