ORDER:

1. The present Civil Revision Petition arises out of a Docket Order dated 13.10.2025 passed by the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally (‘Trial Court’) allowing I.A. No. 524 of 2025 in O.S. No. 205 of 2024 filed by the respondent Nos.3 to 5 herein under Order I Rule 10(2) read with section 151 of The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (‘CPC’) to implead them as plaintiff Nos.7 to 9 in the Suit.

2. The petitioners herein are the plaintiffs and the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are the defendant Nos.1 and 2 in the Suit. The plaintiffs filed the said Suit to declare them as legal heirs of late Omer Shareef.
