ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Home) appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondents in not taking appropriate steps to promote the petitioner as Head Constable and further as ASI by restoring seniority in terms of proceedings issued by the respondent No.4 in C.No.11/A6-1/OE/2009-2024 (DO No.320/2025), dated 25.03.2025 from the date when his immediate junior was promoted.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that earlier the petitioner approached this Court and filed W.P(TR).No.1534 of 2017 and the same was disposed of on 05.12.2024. In compliance of the said order dated 05.12.2024, the respondent No.4 have issued proce
