This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking the Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A.2 in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.81 of 2026 of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 143(2), 144(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’) and under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of PITA Act.

The facts of the case are that on 10.02.2026 at about 4:10 PM, the de facto complainant received credible information that accused Mahirun was running a brothel house at Gayatri Hills, Yousufguda, Hyderabad, by exploiting women for prostitution. After obtaining authorization from the Assistant Commissioner of Police and securing mediators, the police conducted a raid at the premises at about 4:45 PM.
